This giveaway (“the Stone Hunt”) is sponsored by Navegaria S.L. (the “Sponsor”), with offices at, Puerto Campomanes – Greenwich, Ed. Capitania, 03599 Altea, Alicante, Spain (“Sponsor”).
Meta or Instagram are not affiliated with this competition.
2. Eligibility
- Open to persons at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Stone Hunt contest (maximum duration)
- Start: 00:01 CET on July 17, 2025
- End: 23:59 CET on August 15, 2025
- Announced: 23:59 CET on August 17, 2025
All entries must be received during this period.
You may enter using either of these methods (each a “Qualifying Entry”):
1. Stone Discovery Entry:
- Find an official painted stone hidden somewhere around Altea.
- Snap a photo of the stone in its location
- If you’re the first to find the stone and post your findings online:
Congrats, you’ve won a #sunsetAltea cruise for you +1!
- Post your photo on Instagram or Facebook
- Add the hashtag #sunsetAltea
- Tag @navegaria_
- Include the location
2. Tag a Friend Entry:
- Follow @navegaria_
- On Sponsor’s Instagram giveaway post like, comment and tag your best sailing buddy.
Limit one entry per person per method, for up to two total entries. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Prize
Two (2) winners will receive:
– A private up to 2‑hour sunset cruise for two aboard a sailing yacht, departing from Puerto Campomanes. You can choose from the available slots in the calendar.
– Includes sparkling cava and light tapas.
– Approximate retail value: €390
Prize is non‑transferable, with no cash equivalent, and must be booked within six months of winner notification subject to availability.
6. Winner selection and notification
– On or about August 7, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all Qualifying Entries.
– In addition to this, the first person to find The Winning Stone wins a sunset cruise for themselves +1 person. Anyone who finds any of the other stones will be able to get discounts or bonuses on their next trip.
– Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
– The winner will be notified via the social‑media platform used for entry (Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger) within 48 hours of selection.
– If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate.
7. Publicity & Rights
By entering, you grant Sponsor a royalty‑free, worldwide license to use your name, entry content, and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
– Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
– Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters.
– Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
9. Privacy
All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [https://navegaria.com/privacy.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
– Any dispute arising out of or relating to “The Stone Hunt” shall be resolved under the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
– Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante.
